Be sure to listen in this Friday when Reece T. Harris speaks to Dana Micheli about his book, Memoirs of the Phoenix: Shattered.

Memoirs of a Phoenix is a fascinating intersection of art, psychology, philosphy, mathematics, and spiritiality that chronicles, not only the author's quest for answers, but that of all humantity.

Reece T. Harris spent years as a Professor of Mathematics at New York University before heading west to become a tutor at St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. But even after all these years of sharing his knowledge with others, Reece refers to himself as a "questioner"--one who is forever striving for a deeper understanding of life's mysteries, and even the meaning of life itself.

Memoirs of the Phoenix, Reece says, does not instruct others what to think, but is rather "an invitation to a conversation."

Memoirs of the Phoenix: Shattered is available through Outskirts Press, as well as Amazon and Barnes and Noble. ISBN: 978-1-4327-7622-0
