Here are some photos of the inside to give you an idea of how to put the book together. As you can see, I used a 3-ring binder with monthly divider tabs to create this one.
[Above]: I bought some inexpensive birthday cards (boxes of 12) and added them to pocket sleeves I purchased at a department store that sells office supplies. I created a perpetual calendar and had it printed on card stock at Kinko's. I inserted the monthly pages into the sleeves. These can be lifted out to write the names of family members next to their birthday.
[Above]: There are a few pages in the back with space to write the mailing addresses of everyone she sends cards to. I plan to get a book of stamps to complete the gift. Having this information and supplies in one place is so convenient.
You may notice a CD in the front pocket. This contains the file for the perpetual pages. I am happy to send this PDF file via email as a gift to readers of this blog. Contact writer at yvonneperry dot net.

This is fabulous! Thanks for sharing. I have a friend who made something like this and put it into a frame on the wall. The top of the frame was open so she could rotate the months and have the current one on top. Cool!
