Linda Della Donna is a freelance writer who supports new widows through the grief process. She writes from the heart. Her blog, www.Griefcase.blogspot.com, is written especially for widows and dedicated to Edward Sclier.

Della Donna makes her home 20 miles north from where the World Trade Center used to be and wants every widow to know we’re not alone. She invites you to her websites at www.griefcase.blogspot.com or www.littleredmailbox.com. Dr. Heidi Horsley is herself a bereaved sibling whose 17-year-old brother, Scott, died in an automobile accident when she was 20 years old. Currently she is an adjunct professor at Columbia University, teaching several courses including Grief, Loss, and Bereavement. One of the biggest challenges we address in both private counseling and with listeners on our radio show is how to heal after a profound loss. It’s really inspiring to hear stories of resilience and hope despite great adversity. We’re very excited to have Linda Della Donna as a guest and look forward to her enlightening our listeners and us about getting through the holidays without your spouse.
